Reunions
Deer Run Lodge specializes in family reunions of all sizes!  Our Historical Log Lodge can accommodate a group of up to 34 overnight guests, neighboring cottages offer additional accommodations. Deer Run Lodge provides the ideal accommodations for families to come together to enjoy quality time in the Northwoods. 

Retreats, Seminars, Sporting and Community Groups
Consider Deer Run Lodge for your upcoming event!  We believe you’ll find our Lodge uniquely suited for your group.  Our modern accommodations and relaxed atmosphere provide a comfortable setting for productive meetings while we care for your every need.

Meetings: Groups up to 50 often gather in our 20 X 60 Great Room. We have TVs, DVD, stereo/CD system, Wireless Internet Access and projector on site. Other equipment is available by request. 

Meals: All meals, meeting snacks, and beverages can be arranged.

Lodging: We recommend our Historical Group Lodge for group functions. Our lodge offers 13 private bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms and 2 living areas with additional sleepers, 4 full baths, plus a comfortable living area with fireplace, full kitchen and beautiful lake view. 

When meetings are over enjoy our many amenities and explore the Northwoods!  Your guests can boat, fish, golf, snowmobile, ice fish and much more.  We can assist you by arranging:

Guided Fishing Package
Whether a beginner or a pro, we have the equipment and knowledge to show you a great time on the water! Fish with a licensed guide on our beautiful Big St. Germain Lake, one of Wisconsin ’s Top Ten fishing lakes and a Class A Musky lake!
No equipment or experience needed, we have the latest fish finding, navigation, underwater cameras, GPS and safety equipment; and we'll take care of the arrangements for you!

Water ADVENTURE DAY TRIPS
Canoe, Kayak, Tube or Raft down the Wisconsin River. Trips are Available in lengths of 1 to 5 hours, $95 service fee per party

Canoeing - Relax and enjoy a canoeing trip lasting 2-3 hours. Or, for the "Family on the Go," select a much shorter 1 hour trip. Both adventures include: rental of a 17' Canoe, paddles, life vests, waterproof packsack, and Shuttle Service. $25.00 per person

Kayaking - Experience a faster ride with Old Town Dimension Solo Kayaks. This is the most stable, best tracking kayak made today, with built - in outriggers, designed to prevent roll-overs. You don't climb down inside the kayak, instead you sit on a body mold with a high back - rest (like sitting on an easy chair). This adventure lasts 2-3 hours and the price includes: a 13' Kayak, paddle, life vests, waterproof packsack and Shuttle Service. We also have two-person kayaks. $40 per person

Tubing - Cruise down the river tubing or in a two, six or eight person raft. Take along a cooler and enjoy a great time with family or friends. A 2-3 hour trip, bring sunscreen and wear tennis shoes or aqua socks, waterproof packsacks included.
Tubing - $25 per person
Rafting - $30 per person

Weddings, Receptions & Rehearsal Dinners
Deer Run Lodge has been host to a number of wedding ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, and receptions. Our Lodge provides the perfect backdrop for a unique wedding experience for the bride & groom, wedding party, family and friends.

Catering: We’ll help you choose from a variety of area caterer’s to plan that special menu for your reception, rehearsal dinner or gift opening, and promise to treat your guests to a fabulous menu. 

On-Site Photography: Have your wedding pictures taken with the beauty of the Northwoods in the background. We can recommend professional photographers to capture your special day.   

Accommodations: Your guests can stay at our beautiful historic group lodge while the Bride and Groom can enjoy their privacy in one of our neighboring cottages.   Continental Breakfast included for you and your guests the morning after your wedding celebration.

Referrals: We can help you plan your big day and provide suggestions for florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, bakeries, and other special talents you may want to include for your wedding day.
